Clinical History:

 A 45 year old obese man presented with pain in Right hip and medial side of thigh for the last four weeks.Patient also gives history of one such episode of hip pain in the past, which lasted for 12-15 weeks.


Findings:

   


Diagnosis:

 Transient Osteoporosis of Hip
